Thrissur palace

Thrissur is to Kerala what Pune is to Maharashtra. A cultural and religious centre. But it has a tinge of political history as well in its Palace, home of the Cochin rajas. It is not as grand as the Hill Palace at Thripunithura or the Mattancherry Palace but it does have its own charm, something like a home away from home, whose mere blurry memory is a comfort.
