Krishnapuram Palace

The Krishnapuram Palace is just outside the town of Kayamkulam. It is small compared with the enormous Padmanabhapuram Palace or the Hill Palace in Tripunithura however it no less majestic and features a large remarkably preserved mural showing Lord Vishnu salvaging an elephant from the grip of an alligator.
