Birds of Neyyar Dam: Jungle Babbler

The Jungle Babbler (Turdoides striata malabarica) is relatively easier to photograph compared to the Loten's Sunbird or even the Oriental Magpie Robin. This is due to its larger size. Spotted a couple on a tree on the Neyyar Dam.
Solitary specimen

Being joined by another while doing preening.

Now a couple!

Birds of the big jungle are flying high due to the freedom to them. All the settings of the environment have been shard for all clutches and items for the people. The range of the jungle is wide due to the space for the natural settings.
